Dedication and commitment to the program over the six months is essential for progress. It is important that everyone involved understands the more effort that is put into the programme the more benefit they are likely to get out of it.
The Zing Performance app does have a rewards system which generates achievements badges throughout different stages of the program, we have found this to be very motivational for our younger participants. We also offer coaching sessions, and social media communities.
External rewards and incentives are also beneficial for motivation.
